Most
merchants collect tax on and add shipping costs to online orders.
To create a tax and shipping zone, click "Add Zone." To
edit an existing zone, click the corresponding "Edit"
button. If you will not collect tax or charge for shipping, or if
you are finished adding/editing zones, click "Next."
